Adam Por Qing Wei, familiarly known as Bro Adam is a Malaysian da’wah activist who focuses on sharing the message of Islam with non-Muslims, particularly within the Chinese community. Fluent in both Malay and Mandarin, Bro Adam began his da’wah journey in 2023 after encountering misconceptions about Islam online. Since then, he has been actively involved in explaining Islam in a clear, logical, and accessible manner, using language and cultural understanding to bridge gaps and foster better understanding.

Bro Adam began working at the age of 18 in various roles such as in restaurants, supermarkets, and catering services. In 2021, he started a small business guided by his mother, who is also an entrepreneur. However, a turning point came in 2023 when he encountered a misleading video about Islam on social media, which prompted him to seek deeper understanding and begin addressing misconceptions.

• What started as a personal effort to clarify misunderstandings about Islam gradually turned into a committed path of da’wah. Over time, Bro Adam left the business world and focused on sharing Islam in a calm, logical, and relatable manner.

• Today, he is a student of Brother Lim Jooi Soon and is actively involved in da’wah to non-Muslims, especially Chinese-speaking audiences, using the Mandarin language to ensure the message of Islam is conveyed clearly and effectively.
