Cancellation / Return & Refund Policy

Interactive Dakwah and Tarbiyah Association (IDT) is committed to maintaining fair and transparent cancellation and refund practices.

1. Donations

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Incorrect payment amount.
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).

2. Programme or Event Registration

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the programme commencement date.

Refund eligibility will be determined by IDT on a case-by-case basis. Administrative charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

If a programme or event is cancelled by IDT, participants will receive a full refund of the programme registration fee or commitment fee paid. If a programme is postponed or rescheduled, participants will be informed accordingly, and available options, including refund eligibility where applicable, will be communicated.

3. Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify IDT within 7 days of receiving the item.

Eligible products may be replaced or refunded after verification.

Returned products should be unused and in their original condition unless damaged during delivery.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will only be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds cannot be transferred to another bank account, card, or payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Completed services.
  • Programs already attended.
  • Digital materials already accessed.
  • Donations (except approved exceptional cases).
