Shipping / Service Delivery Policy

Interactive Dakwah and Tarbiyah Association (IDT) provides both physical products and program-related services through this website.
1. Physical Products
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days
- International orders: Delivery time depends on destination and courier service.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Program Registration
Program registrations are normally confirmed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Program schedules, joining instructions, or event information will be communicated via email or other official communication channels.
3. Digital Services
Where digital resources or online learning materials are included, access will normally be provided after successful payment or according to the program schedule.
4. Donations
Upon successful donation, a payment confirmation or electronic receipt will normally be issued automatically or within a reasonable period.
Donations do not involve shipment of physical goods unless specifically stated.
5. Delivery Delays
While IDT makes every reasonable effort to deliver products and services within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
