Hailing from Kuala Lipis, Pahang, he currently resides in Seri Pristana, Sg Buloh. With an esteemed degree in Shariah Banking and Islamic Finance from Yarmouk University, Jordan, Mustafar's academic foundation is solidified by his deep understanding of the principles and intricacies of Islamic jurisprudence and financial systems.

Today, Mustafar's contributions extend far and wide. As the founder of Tadbir Insan Training & Consultancy, he nurtures individuals, organizations, and communities, imparting his knowledge and guiding them towards personal and professional growth.

Furthermore, he serves as an external advisor and consultant for Yayasan Warisan Ummah Ikhlas, lending his expertise to programs such as myqurantime and myhadistime on TV AlHijrah. His involvement as a member of the Syariah Advisory Committee at Koperasi Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (KOPUTRA) further showcases his commitment to shaping and ensuring the adherence of Islamic principles in the banking industry.

With a diverse professional background, Mustafar has contributed his expertise to various organizations, including roles as a Shariah Officer at al-Ikhsan Sport Sdn. Bhd., an Executive at Multaqa Asatizah & Duat (MURSHID), and a Business Development Officer at As-Solehin Trustee Berhad. He has also held positions as an Assistant Manager in the Department of Dakwah, Wakaf, and Zakat at Bank Muamalat Malaysia.
